La corona y los pulsadores situados en la parte superior también forman parte de la historia del diseño: Tsuno significa «cuerno» en japonés, y la disposición se inspira en el diseño de cronógrafo de Citizen de 1972.

La caja de acero inoxidable con baño iónico negro de aproximadamente 38 mm viene con una correa a juego con cierre deslizante. El calibre de cuarzo 0510 alimentado por pila ofrece un cronógrafo de un segundo y un indicador de fecha. La efigie de Darth Maul y el logotipo de Star Wars están grabados en la tapa trasera.
