Una caja de acero inoxidable con baño de iones gris se combina con una correa de cuero texturizado cosida en el característico verde de Doom, mientras que el fondo de la caja lleva un emblema del Doctor Doom.

El movimiento Eco-Drive J810 de Citizen, alimentado por luz, mantiene el reloj en funcionamiento sin cambios de batería rutinarios. El set también incluye una caja de presentación personalizada y una moneda coleccionable de doble cara.
