La Reina Malvada se presenta como una sombra coronada en este reloj de la colección en caja Disney Villains, una forma apropiadamente ominosa de hacer referencia a la antagonista de Blancanieves y los siete enanitos. Su silueta llena la esfera negra, rodeada por un borde dorado en forma de serpiente y marcadores de hora de cristal. El pin ovalado incluido lleva el motivo de la sombra más allá del reloj.

La caja de acero inoxidable de tono dorado de aproximadamente 30 mm se combina con una correa de cuero negro y hebilla. Un cristal mineral protege la esfera, y el calibre J015 Eco-Drive de Citizen, alimentado por la luz, marca la hora. El reloj viene en una caja de presentación con el pin coleccionable a juego.
