Los detalles luminosos delinean el reactor sobre la esfera negra, mientras que el anillo interior reza: «Prueba de que Tony Stark tiene corazón». La máscara de Iron Man aparece a las 12 en punto, con detalles en rojo y tono oro rosa sobre el acabado oscuro.

La caja de acero inoxidable negro con revestimiento iónico de 43 mm viene con una correa a juego y un cierre plegable con botón pulsador. Un cristal mineral protege la esfera, el calibre Eco-Drive J810 de Citizen funciona con luz y la resistencia al agua es de 50 metros. La firma de Tony Stark y el emblema de la Saga del Infinito de Marvel Studios están grabados en la tapa trasera.
