Why this watch stands out

The case, crystal and movement share a curved profile designed to follow the wrist. A translucent section of the dial reveals part of the movement beneath, while the mixed-metal bracelet carries the warm accents through the rest of the watch.

What does all of this do?

The chronograph times an interval separately from the regular hands. Bulova’s high-performance quartz movement uses a 262 kHz crystal for precise timekeeping, with no need for mechanical winding. The curved architecture is an engineering feature as well as the watch’s defining shape.

Our take

The bracelet changes the CURV’s character considerably. The underlying curved design remains the main attraction, but this version has a more dressed-up finish than the rubber-strap model.
