Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: WatchItUSA.com is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your local government. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes during holidays

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at watchitsupport@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist in filing a claim.

  • For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
