Marking the 120th anniversary of the extraordinary Dana-Thomas House, this early Prairie-style home, built between 1902–1904, is the quintessential model of Frank Lloyd Wright’s sophisticated form of architecture that responding to the surrounding environment. Exemplifying the home’s grandeure, the stained-glass window designs reflect items from nature, such as the sumac and other foliage. These luxuriously designed windows inspired the design of our exclusive timepiece. The elegant rectangular case, in gold-tone ion-plated stainless steel, expresses the strong lines of this vast home. The rich theme continues in the three-layer constructed dial featuring a vertical brushing that showcases the metallic gold-tone Dana-Thomas sumac pattern. The dial is finished with a curved, metalized crystal and has a 3-hand movement with a signature second hand, and the case back includes the date the Dana-Thomas House project was completed. This collector’s watch also features a luxurious, black calfskin leather strap with the window design embossed on the nubuck inner strap, a deployant buckle closure with Frank Lloyd Wright’s signature, and water resistance to 30 meters.
