Citizen Promaster Tsuno Chrono Racer Super Titanium™ AV0088-01L

Citizen's limited-edition Tsuno Chrono Racer borrows more than its colors from motorsport. Look at the subdials: the power-reserve indicator resembles a fuel gauge, and the 60-minute chronograph counter takes its cue from a speedometer. The perforated leather strap continues the racing theme, while the distinctive top-mounted chronograph pushers give the Tsuno its instantly recognizable shape.

This blue-and-red edition has a Super Titanium case, sapphire crystal and Citizen's light-powered E210 chronograph movement, plus a tachymeter, alarm and 200-meter water resistance. It comes in a blue chrome Promaster tackle box with a leather watch roll and is limited to 2,500 unnumbered pieces worldwide.

Our Take

We like a racing watch that gives you details to discover instead of stopping at a racing stripe. The fuel-gauge power reserve and speedometer-inspired counter make this edition fun to inspect, and the special box and watch roll give the whole package a collector's feel.
