This U.S. Special Edition Speedtimer takes a cheerful detour into vintage motorsport. The bright yellow dial and contrasting black subdials recall the bold colors of classic racing cars, while the Speedtimer name points back to Seiko's 1969 automatic chronograph heritage. A black tachymeter ring frames the dial, giving the racing-inspired look a timing-tool detail of its own.

The solar chronograph measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments and includes split-time timing, a 24-hour display, date and power-reserve indicator. Fully charged, it has an approximately six-month power reserve. A stainless-steel case and bracelet, curved sapphire crystal, luminous hands and markers, and 100-meter water resistance complete the watch.

We carry this one for the unapologetic yellow-and-black dial. It's an easy watch to spot across a room, but the racing references aren't just decoration: the chronograph and tachymeter give you timing tools to play with, too.
